Yin Yoga

Yin is a meditative style of yoga in which the yogi will hold a pose for approximately three to five minutes.  This type of yoga lengthens connective tissue, increases circulation, and improves flexibility to name a few.

Get a Tune Up 

Sound bath healing uses vibrations to relax and heal the mind, body and spirit.  The frequencies of singing bowls, and gongs promote a meditative state that allows the body to rebalance and release.  Other benefits include lowering stress, anxiety, enhanced mindfulness and better sleep.

While lying on a massage table tuning forks will be applied to several acupuncture points on the body to help reduce tension and balance meridians.  The forks are also used to administer sound to help with relaxation.  To book a 30 minute session go to the Book a Class tab and find Tune up.  Dates are set for Thursday in 30 minute intervals, but you may go to the Contact tab to send an email to request a different time or date. 

In this class you will walk in place for 5000 steps while using light weights or no weights at all.  You will burn calories and strength train to upbeat music that is bound to motivate.  

Walking is one of the easiest and best things you can do for your body.  It's a low impact exercise, burns calories, improves mood, and it can lower your blood pressure.
